WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?

We have a 14 night minimum booking on this system. Please contact us to request shorter stays.


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT?

Guest(s) must be at least 25 years of age to book and are the occupants that will stay in the condo. Guest(s) is able to provide owner proof of age by providing legitimate State or Federal ID.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in if paid by check, ACH or Wire less $25 admin fee for all refunds and 3% additional of total transaction if paid by credit card.

50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in if paid by check, ACH or Wire less $25 admin fee for all refunds and 3% additional of total transaction if paid by credit card

No Refund for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in.

All refunds will be made by the same method of guest payment.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

Cleaning fee is $170 due at booking.

HOA Registration Fee is $60 due at the property office upon check-in.

No Pets * No Events* No Smoking

Check-In 4pm and Check-Out 10am

Max Guests: 6

Children are allowed but may not be suitable for young children under 8 years old. Please consider the condo is located on the top 12th floor with a balcony.

Complete terms and house rules will be emailed to guest upon booking request. Booking is confirmed upon agreement and payment.
